To start with there is nothing better that their fresh Colossal Lump Crabmeat and Lobster (in shell) cocktail with tasty sauces on the side and their mouth watering Clams Casino served with a slab of bacon on each shell. Their Steakhouse Wedge salad served with a dreamy blue cheese dressing and fried onion rings is the perfect segue to the main course. And of course one can not dine at the BV’s Grill without enjoying one of their prime steaks and the NY Strip Sirloin was a great choice — cooked to perfection and served with Bobby Vans Steak Sauce Yum! For those not inclined to eat meat their Horseradish Crusted Salmon was more than satisfying as would be any of their wonderful seafood main courses.

The delicious Hilltop Farm Organic sides of Brussels Sprouts, local corn off the cob, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were the quintessential accompaniments to their hearty mains. And what dinner would be complete without dessert? The recommended Chocolate Mousse Truffle Cake was truly delish — but next time I have my eye on the Tiramisu and the time after that the Warm Apple Strudel… Can’t wait to spend more time at The Nyack Time Hotel, the perfect home away from home!
