Private Mortgage Banker Seth Dolce hosted a private event at his rooftop in Chelsea. Each spring He throws a roof top cocktail event. Paired were 80 bottles of Veuve Clicquot with unlimited sushi and some of the biggest names in New York City real estate.

A dozen individuals with net worth’s that exceed over $30 million and another thirty over $10 million. With a few billionaires sprinkled in along with professional athletes and high profile celebrities. The finance and real estate ecosystem was well represented as the model bartenders filled glasses with bubbly; high atop the NYC skyline.
