The conscious living center had its grand opening celebration over the weekend in Delray Beach, Florida
2018 has been a year of spiritual expansion, which has led to conscious living becoming a mainstream way of life. With Delray Beach being a host to many new age practitioners, it was only a matter of time before Vivian Demille’s Casa Manabliss settled its’ roots in the vibrant city.
Also managed by Arielle Moskow, Robert Cannellos, and Darnelle Pusateri-Quinn, Casa Manabliss is a conscious living center that offers training and healing on all things spiritual and holistic. Their focus is on building a conscious community and nourishing their fellow tribe members’ bodies, minds, and souls. The center explores all the themes across the board, including yoga, meditation, breath work, tai chi, sacred martial arts, dance, and Reiki. Nestling in a blissful yoga studio just a few steps north of Atlantic Avenue, there’s something for everybody at the center as classes range from earth skills for kids yoga to a sacred breath work circle.
With Casa Manabliss’ main message being to root all action in love, their grand opening celebration was nothing short of an example as lovers from all walks of life came together to celebrate the beauty in community. Inside the studio, party-goers got a taste of what the center has to offer with teachers and healers leading guided meditation classes and intention setting ceremonies.
Outside, however, was where the real action took place. Children ran barefoot and free in the center’s lush garden to the sounds of Native American duo Thunderbird while parents spiritually reset in the healing tent or received their personal bag of soil and sunflower seeds from local nonprofit Wisetribe.
Gluten-free, vegan, and downright delicious food was provided by local restaurants by the likes of JuiceBuzz, GreenGirl Kitchen and Farmer’s Table, but the strict health code made an exception for wine of course (hey— you got to feed your soul, too!)
The sun finally set, and the bonfire was lit as the party raged on, and Casa Manabliss let it be known that being spiritually conscious in no way means you don’t know how to have fun. The opening bash set the tone of how this innovative co-op will make its mark in Delray Beach, and we encourage you to check it out if you’re in the mood to stock up on your natural medicines, take a workshop on Reiki, or just want to bask in a little self-love.
