Hits, Misses, and Reruns

Pre-Grammy’s the Luxury Style Gift Lounge plays some chart toppers and a few unmemorable one-offs just in time for the recording industry’s biggest night.

The party kicked off around noon at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles. Roger Zamudio’s contribution to the pre-show gifting scene was a hit for celebrities and entourage members.  A VIP badge presented them with preferential treatment and exclusive gift bag replete with certificates redeemable for luxury vacations, designer clothing and jewelry, skincare, electronics, pet supplies, and injectable fillers and laser treatments from a top medi-spa.

Those without this equivalent of a platinum card roamed freely and chatted up participating exhibitors about their featured products and stock up as many goodies as they could carry in their purses or whatever bag they could scare up from vendors until they ran out. Reps from Zatik Naturals bequeathed everyone with full sizes of their organic skincare, while Tikkun Spa cheerfully handed out day spa passes for the luxury holistic spa in Santa Monica.  Camouflage Cellulite, Adonia Organics and Nuvati Herbals graciously educated attendees about their products with bounty to take home and try on for size.  Guests were also able to choose colorful artwork from Woloch Mexico.

Most notable, however, was The African Millennium Foundation (AMF) which returned to promote their grassroots charities which) seeks to target poverty, hunger, and disease by providing African women and children with the necessary tools for achieving self-sufficiency.
